If you are like the rest of us, you have at least 3 devices on which you read and reply to e-mail.
In my case i have an iPhone, iPad, and two Mac’s and all of my email, contacts and calendar appointments are always in sync and up-to-date no matter which device I use to make changes.
The easiest way to do this for ALL THREE (e-mail, calendar, contacts) is with a cloud-based hosted mail account such as Exchange 365. It is very affordable and simple to setup. We can help you with it here at CARISMA.
Alternatively, if you are already using a hosted mail account from someone like Comcast or Godaddy etc… you can get your e-mail to be synced across your devices by switching the mail accounts from POP3 to IMAP.
The setup is slightly different in that your e-mail and folders are downloaded to your device and kept up-to-date with what is on your provider’s e-mail server instead of simply downloaded and deleted like POP3.
The result once you have changed over all your devices to IMAP is that any reads, sends, deletions and filings performed on one device magically appear on all the others.
